Although nonprofit organizations may be exempt from the FLSA, there are no specific exemptions for them under the new overtime pay protection ruling — which means they could have individual employees who qualify for overtime. Determination of who qualifies for overtime and employer compliance with the new ruling will be discussed by this panel, featuring:
