Brownfield, Historic and MEGA Jobs Credit Replacement Programs

Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol

The Michigan Chapter of the National Brownfield Association is sponsoring a program on December 8, 2011 in Lansing to discuss the replacement programs for the brownfield, historic and MEGA jobs credit programs. You will hear from people who are directly involved in crafting the legislation and from those who will be responsible for implementing the new programs. The Community Revitalization Program replaces the brownfield and State historic tax credit programs, and the Business Development Program replaces the MEGA jobs credits. Experts will discuss the process leading up to these new programs, criteria that will be considered when applications are received under the new programs, and what to expect going forward.
