Warner Represents The Kendall Group in its Acquisition of Forberg Scientific

The Kendall Group has acquired Forberg Scientific, combining process control and measurement industry leaders with valve automation, engineering services and value-added capabilities. The acquisition is expected to foster growth and deliver greater value to existing and to future customers through people, resources, products and solutions.

Established in 1973, The Kendall Group is 100% employee-owned, with more than 1,300 Owner-Associates headquartered in Portage, Michigan. It is comprised of six divisions with 74 locations across 10 states. It serves the electrical, lighting, automation, pipe, valve and fitting (PVF), steam and instrumentation industries.

Forberg Scientific was formed in 1971 as a distributor/manufacturer representative and focuses on a strong product portfolio, high level of application/industry knowledge, an on-site service team and a high level of customer service.
