MSC Order List: April 9, 2012

Today, the Michigan Supreme Court granted motions for leave to file amicus curiae briefs to the following parties in the following cases:

The Michigan Association of Justice in Atkins v. Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation ("SMART")

The Board of Trustees of Michigan State University in People v. Rapp

The Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault in Douglas v. Allstate Insurance Co.

The Michigan County Road Commission Self-Insurance Pool in Paletta v. Oakland County Road Commission

The Court also granted several motions regarding the extension of time and permitting attorneys to practice pro hac vice.
