  • Mechanics
  • Best overall brief

Bursch, a partner at the Firm and chair of its Appellate Practice Group, and Gerville-Reache, an associate in the Appellate Practice Group, were recognized for their authorship of an amicus curiae brief in Benefiel v. Auto-Owners Ins. Co., which they submitted on behalf of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Inc., in Support of Auto-Owners. Both practice in the Firm's Grand Rapids office.
