John. J. Bursch and Gaetan E. Gerville-Reache, attorneys with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, received the 2009 Distinguished Brief Award from the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.

Auto-Owners Ins. Co., which they submitted on behalf of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Inc., in Support of Auto-Owners. Both practice in the Firm's Grand Rapids office.
