R. Scott Keller, a partner with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to serve on a subcommittee of the International Trademark Association, or INTA.
Keller will serve a second two-year term on the North American subcommittee of the Famous & Well-Known Marks Committee of INTA, a global nonprofit association dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property. Active participation on INTA committees allows attorneys to make meaningful contributions within the field of trademark law and to develop and advocate policies critical to trademark owners worldwide.
Keller concentrates his practice in intellectual property and Internet law and litigation, with an emphasis on trademarks, copyrights, domain names and unfair competition. He has been a member of INTA for more than 25 years, active on various committees for more than a decade.
Active personally and professionally, Keller also serves on various committees of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. He also serves on the boards of Community Circle Theatre and School-to-Career Progressions.
