Warner Norcross & Judd LLP today announced that Gaëtan Gerville-Réache has joined its Grand Rapids office as an associate.
Gerville-Réache earned a bachelor of arts degree in music and philosophy from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he received the Secretary of the Navy's Outstanding Midshipman Award. He received his doctor of jurisprudence degree from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was senior articles editor for Northwestern University Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
Prior to joining Warner Norcross, Gerville-Réache was stationed in San Diego, California, as a surface warfare officer with the U.S. Navy. He also spent a summer in Tunisia as part of a Midshipman Foreign Exchange.
Gerville-Réache served as summer associate with a law firm in Chicago, held a judicial externship with the Northern District of Illinois and worked for the Center on Wrongful Convictions in the Bluhm Legal Clinic at Northwestern.
A native of Dickson, Tennessee, he now resides in Kentwood with his wife, Quan, and their daughter, Camille.
