On Thursday, December 3, 2009, the Michigan Supreme Court granted three requests seeking leave to file amicus curiae briefs, granted the Attorney General leave to participate in oral argument in a case, ordered another case to proceed to mini oral argument, and addressed various housekeeping details in other cases.
