Jaron Nyhof has a wide range of experience in real estate and business law, including the purchase and sale of properties and businesses, like-kind exchanges, real estate development and land use, condominiums, easements, commercial leasing, commercial finance, business formation and planning, shareholder relationships, nonprofit securities and general contracting.

Representative Experience

  • Advises clients in purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate
  • Advises financial institutions, private investors and borrowers with respect to commercial lending issues and commercial finance documentation
  • Advises clients in general business planning and transactions, including the formation of new entities, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of ownership and assets, and general contracting matters
  • Assists family offices with business and real estate transactions related to investments, wealth management and estate planning (identities intentionally omitted)
  • Assists several nonprofit denominational organizations in annual debt offerings, including Christian Investor Foundation ($70 million); Christian Reformed Church Loan Fund, Inc., U.S. ($20 million); Church Extension Investors Fund, Inc. ($30 million); Church Extension Services, Inc. ($7 million); The Free Methodist Foundation ($50 million); The Keystone Conference of The Free Methodist Church of North America ($2.5 million); Lutheran Association for Church Extension, Inc.
