• Advises clients in purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate
• Advises clients in general business planning and transactions, including the formation of new entities, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of ownership and assets, and general contracting matters
• Advises financial institutions with respect to commercial lending issues and commercial finance documentation, including Fifth Third Bank, Macatawa Bank and Mercantile Bank
• Assists family offices with business and real estate transactions related to investments, wealth management and estate planning (identities intentionally omitted)
• Assists several nonprofit denominational organizations in annual debt offerings, including Christian Investor Foundation ($70 million); Christian Reformed Church Loan Fund, Inc., U.S. ($20 million); Church Extension Investors Fund, Inc. ($25 million); Church Extension Services, Inc.
