Integrity is the foundation to my practice. I learned early on to live by my word and approach the law practically – clients, colleagues and opposing counsel know they can trust me entirely. Litigation offers me the opportunity to learn about new businesses and industries, their nuances, market niches and how they make what they make. It’s like alchemy to me. I’m both grateful and fascinated to share in what fuels our clients’ lives.

Vigorously protecting the interests of businesses and individuals involved in complex civil litigation, Doug Dozeman prosecutes and defends high-stakes cases concerning patent infringement, trade secret and idea misappropriation and a wide variety of business disputes. With a loyal base of regional to international manufacturing clients, Doug demonstrates particular strength in cases involving patents, but also cases for health care, software, auto supply and other companies. He is also well versed in commercial litigation mediation, having successfully completed dozens of cases.
