In 2009, we held interviews at the Midwest Region of the Black Law Students Association Job Fair, held in Rosemont, Illinois. We also held interviews at the Cook County Minority Job Fair, held in Chicago. We also interviewed at the Loyola Patent Law Interview Program in Chicago. We will interview at all three of those job fairs in 2010.
Our 2010 class of summer associates is composed of 13 students from Boston College, Chicago, Duke, Howard, Michigan, Michigan State and Wayne State. The class has five men and eight women. Five of the students are 1L's; eight are 2L's. Four of the students are persons of color.
The group of eight new associates starting in September, 2010 were drawn from five different law schools, including graduates from Case Western, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State and Wayne State. Four of the graduates are men; four are women. One of the graduates is a person of color.
