  • Conduct Internet research for property and tax information, aerial photographs, maps and related matters
  • Review leases, prepare summaries highlighting key terms and issues, record memorandums regarding terms and prepare estoppel certificates
  • Contact government agencies and officials to obtain tax assessment, parcel maps and zoning verification letters
  • Prepare and process foreclosure documentation
