Todd Pattock, who spent five years in the title insurance industry, specializes in commercial real estate transactions and real estate transactions related to estate planning. He enjoys the challenge of piecing together maps, title records, land surveys and legal descriptions of properties to help his clients resolve issues and close deals. "Some of these documents go back 100 or more years. It's interesting to track down the problems and figure out how to solve them," he says. Todd also served in the U.S. Air Force from 1993-97.
