Biography

Charlie Quigg represents clients in complex civil and criminal matters. He has extensive experience helping clients in all phases of disputes, from pre-suit investigations to appeals. Charlie’s litigation experience includes matters involving constitutional law, preemption, white collar criminal defense, antitrust, campaign finance law, the False Claims Act, administrative law, health care, bankruptcy, intellectual property and tax.
 
Before joining Warner Norcross + Judd, Charlie clerked for Judge Priscilla R. Owen on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Charlie also worked for global law firms in Chicago and Washington, D.C., where he focused on white collar matters and appellate practice. In addition to his judicial and law firm service, Charlie served as general counsel to a family owned, multinational manufacturing company. This experience gives Charlie unique insight into the challenges his clients face.
