Johnny assists individuals and closely held companies with a variety of legal issues related to business and real estate. With a background in business, Johnny makes it his goal to understand the client’s business objectives first, to better advise them on how to manage risk while reaching their objectives. He works with clients on acquisitions and divestitures, contract negotiations, corporate governance and real estate matters, and is a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Services, Immigration and Real Estate Services Practice Groups.
