Nate Steed concentrates his practice in Technology and Intellectual Property Law, Health Law and Privacy and Information Security Law. He regularly advises clients in connection with their acquisition of software, hardware and other technology. Nate also counsels clients on understanding and complying with state and federal privacy and information security laws. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Law Section and the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association. Nate is also a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.

Nate received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University-Bloomington. He spent two years in France doing missionary work and speaks fluent French.
