Biography

Maggie Stalker is a litigator who focuses her practice on commercial disputes and employment and environmental issues. She is always up for a challenge, as evidenced by her atypical law school experience: Maggie ran cross country for Wayne State University while attending law school. Her tenacity and dedication carry through to her law practice, where she is determined to help clients solve problems and achieve their goals.

  • Represented companies in cases involving contract disputes, including successfully arguing dispositive motion in breach of contract action
  • Conducted extensive research to help clients achieve court approval of a settlement, despite objections of insurers and other creditors, in the city of Detroit bankruptcy proceeding
