Biography

As the Business Development Manager for Warner Norcross + Judd’s West Michigan locations (Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo and Muskegon), Erika LaCerda facilitates client and prospect relationships throughout the firm’s various practice groups.
 
Erika’s extensive legal career demonstrates her ability to build relationships that serve client interests and community growth and development. As Deputy Chief of Staff for the Department of Children and Family Services in Chicago, she managed several administrative and operational divisions. Within that role, Erika oversaw the administrative hearings judicial proceedings unit, developed legislative policy initiatives and strategic plans, maintained federal consent decree compliance, led contract and budgetary negotiations and served as a key crisis manager and legal advisor on matters in state and federal venues. In addition, Erika was an administrative law judge and built a career in public service and politics.
 
Through meaningful interactions, Erika uncovers opportunities to connect clients with our experienced professionals and vast resources. And by understanding their core business philosophies, she provides the framework to creating a strategy and driving results.
