Angie Justian focuses her practice on corporate, family business and real estate law. Licensed in both Michigan and New York, she assists public and private companies with contract development and review, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters. During business transitions, Angie represents both buyers and sellers of businesses, and works as a team player to ensure a successful close. In her real estate practice, Angie prepares condominium documents for developers, assists landlords and tenants with commercial leases, and assists clients with a variety of agreements for the purchase and sale of real estate.
Angie’s skills shine when she works with family-owned businesses, providing assistance from formation through transition, and she enjoys helping families prepare to transfer businesses to the next generation through careful succession planning.
Creative problem solving is Angie’s forte, evidenced by her years as an inner-city high school math teacher. In fact, she shares, “I truly enjoy working with our clients, because each brings with them a unique and sophisticated set of problems for us to solve together.” Angie is a trusted adviser among her peers and clients alike, and she provides clients with a clear roadmap to reach their business goals.
