Bringing a personable nature to my practice, I’m able to read people well, understand their ambitions and help them reach their goals. I truly enjoy rolling up my sleeves and crafting solutions for clients’ construction problems. It’s immensely rewarding to then see a hammer swinging and a shovel going into the ground and to know that I played a part in launching and developing a new project that will benefit my clients and the community-at-large.

Helping clients find funding to bring their construction projects to life, Jared Belka concentrates his practice on economic development, with a primary focus on securing brownfield redevelopment incentives. Jared’s deep knowledge and stellar reputation for hard work and honesty engender trust and make him a go-to lawyer in this arena. He also counsels organizations on public-private partnerships, real estate and environmental law matters.
