Biography

Jim Moskal focuses his practice primarily on business, shareholder and contract litigation, as well as patent, trademark and copyright litigation, trial and appellate levels. He has successful prosecutions and defenses in a wide variety of corporate, partnership and limited liability company disputes, representing both majority and minority interests. He also has extensive experience in all procedural aspects of litigation, including venue and personal jurisdiction challenges, forum selection clauses, federal subject matter jurisdiction, declaratory judgment practice and intervention.
