Kelly Hollingsworth is dually focused in the general business and information technology industries. Her wide-spread knowledge spans from entity formation and mergers and acquisitions to commercial contracting and technology procurement and licensing. Kelly is proficient in cloud-based hosting solutions and data privacy issues, giving her practice a specialty focus. Her granular approach to learning the details of each unique product makes her an invaluable resource to clients and her team at Warner. Kelly is passionate about solving uncommon business challenges and moving an idea from conception to implementation. Her goals are to help clients realize their dreams while planning for a successful future.
