Biography

Zainab Hazimi is a litigator who handles both commercial and employment disputes in a variety of industries, ranging from automotive to health care. She is a member of Warner’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and its Employment Litigation Practice Group. Her litigation experience ranges from state, federal and appellate courts, to private arbitration. Zainab began her legal career as a two-year law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Sean F. Cox in the Eastern District of Michigan, where she obtained significant courtroom experience and insight into the inner workings of a federal courthouse. Zainab’s unique perspective in approaching conflict has proven itself invaluable to clients during their commercial litigation disputes. She is passionate about being a litigator, and enjoys finding creative solutions to difficult situations.

  • Successfully defended against an appeal on forum non-conveniens grounds, resulting in a favorable opinion published by the Sixth Circuit
