Biography

DeAndre' advises employers on various aspects of labor and employment law, including disability and leave issues, wage and hour issues, termination and retirement, and workplace safety and health compliance. He also litigates cases for commercial and employment clients and conducts internal investigations surrounding discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. From advances in technology to the changing demographic of the workforce, labor and employment laws are rapidly evolving. DeAndre' provides clients with the foresight necessary to remain compliant in today's ever-changing workforce. Identifying potential risks within organizations before they occur is one of his specialties – it's a proactive approach to problem solving that prevents issues from ever taking place. DeAndre' approaches each situation from the client perspective and uncovers what outcome the client will see as a success, and then tailors his guidance around that desired result.
