Greg represents employers in a variety of industries. He helps employers reduce risk and minimize legal costs by giving advice on difficult personnel decisions to avoid litigation. When litigation is unavoidable, he helps employers protect their assets and reputations by vigorously and efficiently defending them from employee lawsuits and before federal and state administrative agencies. Greg counsels and defends employers on a wide spectrum of issues, including race, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability and sexual-orientation discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliatory discharge; whistleblowing; Family and Medical Leave; and wage-hour compliance.  He also regularly advises and trains employers in matters including employee discipline, labor relations, restrictive covenants, the protection of trade secrets and other confidential information, and in the creation or revision of employee handbooks.

Greg has also developed an extensive securities litigation practice. He routinely represents broker dealers and insurance carriers in litigation and arbitration including FINRA arbitrations involving customer and industry disputes, federal and state investigations and enforcement actions, actions under federal and state statutes and common law, including class actions, and claims before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
