Deborah represents physicians, physician groups, physical therapy centers, ambulatory surgery centers, IDTFs, dentists, psychologists, chiropractors, podiatrists, and numerous other health care providers and professionals in all aspects of health care law, including Recovery Audit Contractor, Medicare and Blue Cross audits and appeals; Stark, Anti-Kickback and fraud and abuse; HIPAA and HITECH compliance; third-party reimbursement and billing; payor disaffiliation and departicipation appeals; compliance plans; corporate transactions and contracts; professional licensure and staff privilege cases; and other health care regulatory compliance.
