Catherine specializes in procuring and protecting intellectual property rights and has over 26 years of domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution experience. She is a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

  • Drafts and negotiates settlement and licensing agreements
  • Domestic and international trademark procurement and enforcement, and trademark clearance evaluations

  • Ms. Collins represented a Michigan medical device company in the intellectual property due diligence reviews of multiple medical device targets.
  • Ms. Collins represented an Indiana based RV parts manufacturer in Intellectual Property Due Diligence in the $70 million sale of their assets to a strategic buyer.
