Warner Norcross Welcomes Angelyn M. Justian

Angelyn M. Justian has joined the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP as an associate.

 
Justian concentrates her practice on business law with a focus on executive compensation and benefits, securities law and regulations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and related areas. Based in Holland, she will serve clients throughout the firm’s statewide footprint.

Remondino, executive partner in charge of the Holland office. “She brings an excellent background in business and corporate law to the firm and will be a wonderful complement to our current team. We look forward to introducing her to our clients along – and beyond – the Lakeshore.”
 
Prior to joining Warner Norcross, Justian was an associate in the New York and London offices of international law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Jane M. Beckering in the Michigan Court of Appeals. Justian also spent four years teaching business and math in New York City.
 
Justian holds a bachelor of business administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan and a master of science for teachers from Pace University in New York. She received her juris doctor from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
 
A native of Ada, she now resides in Zeeland.
