Warner Norcross Partner Heidi A. Lyon Selected for Inforum Executive Leadership Program

Heidi A. Lyon, a partner with the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been selected to participate in the Inforum West Michigan Executive Leadership Program.

Lyon, who practices employee benefits law with an emphasis on retirement plan and executive compensation matters, is one of 32 women leaders participating in the four-month leadership development experience. Inforum launched the program in 2002 to provide highly personalized professional development and leadership opportunities for members of the business forum, which works to create opportunities where women can lead and succeed.

Participants work individually with a professional development coach and share sessions on personal branding, emotional intelligence and other leadership programming. They also team on small group projects and attend motivational presentations from some of Michigan’s most highly regarded women leaders.

Lyon was recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of its 20 Up & Coming Lawyers for 2009 for her work in employee benefits, and was named as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2009 and 2010. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.

She serves on the board of the Arts Council of Greater Grand Rapids.
