In order to meet needs of its growing client base in the Great Lakes Bay Region, Warner LLP is expanding its Midland office.
Established in 2013 with two attorneys, the firm’s offices in the signature East End development in downtown Midland is expanding its footprint in the building by 15 percent. The additional space will house four new offices and two new conference rooms to accommodate the 20 or more attorneys and legal professionals in the office each week.
Construction is expected to be completed by Thanksgiving with a target move-in date of Dec. 1.
“We are well ahead of our growth plans for the Midland office and found ourselves needing more space much sooner than we thought,” said Jonathan E. Lauderbach, executive partner. “This addition will meet our short-term needs for new office and meeting space but anticipate we will need to expand further in the years ahead.

The Midland office was the seventh Michigan office for Warner, which is one of the largest law firms in the state. The firm represents scores of clients in the four-county region and has attracted experienced attorneys from Bay City and Saginaw to join its ranks.
Warner initially opened its doors in March 2013 in former medical offices in Midland. The firm was one of the first businesses to sign a lease in the now-full East End development, which sits at the heart of downtown Midland and is home to leading Midland businesses and restaurants.
