Three Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partners have been elected to the firm’s Management Committee.
Edward J. Bardelli, Sean H. Cook and Heidi A. Lyon have been elected to three-year terms on the committee, which oversees the strategic vision and day-to-day operations for Warner. Edward J. Bardelli
represents companies in employment and commercial litigation, including manufacturers, utility companies, universities and banks, in all manner of employment disputes. He has extensive experience with discrimination claims, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims and noncompetes, among others. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America

Sean H. Cook
is based in Southfield and serves as chair of Warner’s Tax Practice Group and a member of its Finance Committee. Heidi A. Lyon
