James J. Rabaut Appointed to Aquinas College Board


James J. Rabaut, a partner with the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to the Aquinas College Board of Trustees.

Rabaut will serve a three-year term on the 15-member board of community leaders whose expertise ranges from education and religion to finance and business. Through its careful stewardship of college policy, property, strategic planning and fiscal affairs, the trustees are committed to advancing the mission and values of this Catholic and Dominican educational community.

Rabaut chairs the Real Estate Services Group at Warner Norcross, where he has held numerous leadership roles. He concentrates his practice in all areas of real estate law, including commercial construction projects, commercial lease negotiations, economics incentives and other matters. He is recognized for his work by Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers.

Rabaut served as a guest lecturer in business law at Aquinas for more than a dozen years. He has also served on the board of St. Paul the Apostle School, spending one term as vice president.
