Warner Norcross + Judd attorneys counsel clients on all aspects of business immigration.

Our primary focus is on obtaining temporary work visas and green cards for executives and managers of multinational companies, as well as professional and highly skilled workers. We also counsel clients on I-9 compliance and citizenship status discrimination issues.

We are not oriented toward a high-volume practice in which services are rendered by a large number of paralegals supervised by one or two attorneys. Instead, our team of immigration specialists works closely with corporations to tailor individualized plans that meet their specific needs.

Our philosophy is that the best way to provide effective immigration advice is at the pre-hiring stage, by designing an immigration strategy that takes into account all of the relevant issues for a particular applicant, including the status and employability of the applicant’s dependents, whether a green card is desired at some point in the process, and the tax implications of the type of visa that is selected.

We also strongly believe in communication. Although we have a very high rate of visa approvals, we believe it is equally important that no client is ever surprised in the rare instances when an application is denied. To that end, we inform our clients at the start of the process, both of the anticipated timetable for a given application and of any potentially negative aspects of an application, so that there are no surprises.
