Warner Advises in the Sale of American Grease Stick Company

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP represented American Grease Stick Company in the sale of substantially all of its assets to an affiliate of 3 Rivers Capital.  

American Grease Stick, founded in 1931 and headquartered in Muskegon, Michigan, with operations in the U.S. and U.K., is North America's leading manufacturer and supplier of brake/fuel/transmission lines, fittings/adapters and related fluid transfer system repair products for the automotive aftermarket.  

The Warner Norcross team advising on the transaction was led by partner Steve Waterbury. The deal team consisted of partners Michael Jones, Tony Kolenic, Loren Andrulis, Scott Hubbard, Justin Stemple and Jason Byrne and associates Corinne Sprague, Ryan Richter and Kent Sparks.

Stout Risius Ross served as financial advisor to American Grease Stick.
