Labor Partner - Metro Detroit Area

We are seeking a senior counsel or partner to join our national practice representing management. The position would include labor relations (NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, and arbitrations); representing employers before state and federal administrative agencies; counseling employers under federal and state employments laws (including FLSA, FMLA, ADA and Title VII); drafting policies and procedures; and giving advice on preventative strategies.  The ideal candidate will have a solid book of business and a proven track record of client development and practice leadership in a traditional labor relations practice.  The position would be located in our Southfield, Michigan office.  However, for the right candidate or group of candidates, we would be willing to consider an office in downtown Detroit or the Tri-Cities area.  Please send a cover letter and resume to Carin Ojala, Director of Recruiting and Development, at cojala@wnj.com.
