Supplier Diversity Policy Statement
Warner Norcross & Judd has been committed to promoting diversity and a racism-free workplace for many years. The firm's efforts have, in the past, focused on the recruiting and retention of women and minorities and the training of our personnel to become tolerant and inclusive. It is with great excitement that the firm now expands its efforts to include suppliers.
Commitment
Warner Norcross & Judd is committed to expanding business opportunities in the communities that we serve and to having a supply chain that reflects those communities. To that end, we are seeking to expand our business relationships with diverse suppliers, including minority- and women-owned business enterprises that share our commitment to provide the best service and value to our clients. Our goal is to have fully 10% of all products and services purchased from qualified diverse suppliers by the end of 2008.
Our Expectations of Vendors
Our commitment to our clients is to provide them the best possible client service at a competitive price. We expect that our vendors will commit themselves to helping us fulfilling that commitment. Our vendors must be able to meet our critical deadlines, while providing the highest quality of customer service and competitive pricing.
